Structured finance deal solidifies opportunities to expand and offer enhanced services

Madison, WI, May 11, 2011 – RLS Corporation, a third-party logistics provider, today announced a strategic partnership with factoring service provider, Advance Business Capital (ABC).

As part of the agreement, ABC will provide RLS with a significant line of credit. This new financing will enable RLS to expand business operations to meet customer demands and provide carriers with enhanced services, such as advance payments to cover fuel costs and prompt payments upon delivery.
